Once you sign up for your Free Addresses in Canada, you can start shopping at Canadian stores and use your Canada Address. You may also forward all Canadian mail to your free Canadian address.

As we can receive up to hundreds of packages daily during our peak shopping seasons, please observe the following recommendations to avoid delays to your incoming packages

• Go to your Dashboard and notify us of your incoming shipment by providing us with your local Canadian tracking number and the value of your purchase.
• View photographs of your Canadian purchases before forwarding packages to your home address. It is not uncommon for merchants to make mistakes when putting together your purchase.
• Email your purchase invoices to support@shipbymail.com with which we can quickly enter the value into customs documents.
• Remember, we cannot artificially alter the value of your purchases as this contravenes Canadian Export Laws, so please don’t ask us to.
• If you are unsure about whether a parcel can be forwarded, please contact us through live chat or drop us a note and we’ll get back to you within 12 hours.
